The new kid on the rue Saint-Joseph is impossible to miss. With its facade of a bright orange, it passes easily unnoticed.

Inside, the decor also promises a "wow" effect. We can not find anything of its predecessor, the Imperial Petit, who occupied the premises. Aside from the stage, which is getting a makeover. All wood, it throws. The place has retained its musical vocation and a program packed table. It is palpable as you enter.

We wanted to put the razzle-l'oeil in the decor and it's sure bet! The entire bike hanging above the bar sets the tone for the room. The large billboards, changing such images of posters off the motorway, also have our favor. The green ceiling between its unions also plays a key role in the show.

It was at lunch time I tried this restaurant. After a warm welcome, it explains the menu displayed on a screen above the stage. The map is changing, I think it's a good idea to present it well, though less convenient for customers who backed it.

At the entrance, I opt for potted turkey and cranberries. The portion is generous for the croutons which accompany it, but the taste is the rendezvous. I especially like the salad, seasoned to perfection, very tasty, and has a real personality, it does not single accompanying figure.

The main course, I chose the vegetarian pizette, as it is highly recommended to me by the waitress. Here is my little disappointment. Unfortunately, it failed to meet the expectations that I had formed following the superb description. First, the presentation surprised me: three points deposited on one another in the plate. My reaction and those of the guests at the table with me, where is the missing tip? Then, it was impossible for me to taste the subtleties of good cheese in Quebec who had used since he was a little too dark. Delicious salad of entry was also back on my plate. I really had sincerely appreciated, but I would have preferred a different accompaniment for my second serve.

The dessert of the day, however, was my absolute heart stroke. A delicious banana pancake and hot chocolate again. The kind of dessert that could be served by a grandma pie. A pure comfort! For a playful touch, it was served with a small banana shooter and Tia Maria. The dessert alone was able to make me want to come back!

Wanting first a theater, the St. Jospeh District is a beautiful place to discover versatile. I promise myself to return to attend a musical performance.
