Sebastien, oh Sebastien… This message is for you. You serving my table made me feel guided. I drowned myself in beers that Sebastien chose. I felt like I was floating on a cloud the whole evening. The drinks he chose were in perfect alliance with the vibe and the weather. Amazing relaxing experience. Thanks forever Sebastien.

This is the restaurant with the red [sometimes yellow] outdoor canopies often captured in popular photos from the bottom of Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. I told my daughter this was the most photographed restaurant in North America and she didn't really believe me. The food is better than the average microbrewery. The atmosphere is unmatched. Be sure to take a picture here.
