Valentine

My family & I went to order food at your restaurant Aug 12 th for approx 8 people at our home, We live nearby & have gone to eat at your restaurant on occasion, Last night we we're greeted By a teenage or young adolescent Female & an older Gentle man I guess preparing the food,We asked a simple question about pricing of hot dogs, The girl did not answer the cook looked at us like we we're from another planet & no one answered, I am prefectly bilingual but When I go to an establishment I expect service in My language of choice especially if you want my MONEY!! Getting back to the story, The girl grinned & said " Je parle pas Anglais " Then looked at her 3 friends sitting at another table & laughed, Then the cokked looked at us & with this look of Disgust he said .099 cents, It was terrible, the staff , the clientele in that establishment that night it was so negative & sad to see, We then walked out as they laughed at us (WE laughed last since you lost business that night for 8 people & since I know many in my community I will make sure to spread the word not to go to Valentine's for anyting) We then went on to Dagenais to a new fast food restaurant in front of the UFO Golf course the service was courteous respectable & most of all they spoke the language we spoke. This may mean nothing to whoever will read this but the point remains the same, respect, Je parle parfaitement Francais mais ne m'insulte pas ou ma famille, No matter what language you speak !!
