the food is amazing, but the hygiene is terrible. Ive been here three times and all those three times the bowls and utensils have been dirty, whenever i asked for a different one the worker just looked at me dirty and did there job. the cashier was talking with her friend for like literally 10 minutes straight while there was a whole line waiting. they have no sense of urgency like AT ALL..

Went for lunch with my son .. we tried the stir fry rather than the soup .. 🍲 it's a little pricey but worth it .. the broth is great and I like that we decide what ingredients to use. .. looking forward to going back soon

So I joined their waiting list and was literally 2 minutes away parking when they removed my name from the list. I got to the restaurant and it was packed because a party of 30 had decided to come in for dinner. I explained my situation to the waitress (she was a hijabi). She did her best. The girl got me and my husband a table. Both her and a male colleague really helped in accommodating us, they even helped fast track our order since we were stuck behind the party of 30. Kudos to the two of them 👏 🙌 As for the food, I got the signature broth and my husband got the Tom yum broth. Both tasted amazing. We made sure to get mushroom and the meat cuts. A lot of the processed meats, like fish balls, left a lot to be desired. But overall, they had a decent selection.

Loved the experience SO MUCH! We went there as a group of 5 , the waiting time took a bit too long (which is understandable given the high demand and the amazing quality kf food and service) but the staff were so kind and professional + they offered us free drinks. The food was sooooo delicious and they also offer free créme glacée after finishing the hot pots. I can't recommend this adress enough

The food was meh honestly...It came out overcooked (very chewy beef and mushy noodles) I guess it's on me for falling for the hype. Maybe it would've been better if the wait time was more accurate (we had to wait 30+ mins over the estimate) but if we include the waiting line until getting our food, it was about 2h of wait. You could get better food at other restaurants for less money and less wait. At least the place looked nice and was clean? The staff was nice too, just too busy to attend people all the time. Wouldn't come back.

I’ve never had an experience like this before. We were a group of five, and everything was just impressive. If you arrive before 5 PM, you’ll be offered a complimentary cold drink, which is a great start. I ordered smoked duck with a variety of fresh vegetables, mushrooms, and even dumplings. They offer a wide selection of broths, including spicy options with three different levels. I think there were at least 4–5 types, if not more. What I found really interesting is that you can choose your own ingredients based on your taste, and even sample the broths before making your choice. After you’ve made your selection, your food is weighed—which is a fun concept—and then prepared for you. By the time it arrives, you realize you’ve probably ordered enough for two people 😉 And the best part? They serve a special type of ice cream for free after your meal, which was absolutely delicious. I honestly loved everything, especially the positive energy and lively atmosphere. I almost forgot—they also serve a complimentary welcome snack with chips and sauce, which was amazing. In my opinion, this place is a beautiful fusion of French and Chinese culinary art. Thank you for giving us the chance to experience a new flavor and culture.
