Wanna share and let everyone know that this restaurant at one time it was absolutely a five star about a week ago. I went there with my sister and my brother-in-law. The service was not bad, but the food was absolutely terrible. I noticed the staff wasn’t the same I asked the waitress if it had changed owner and she said yes it used to be owned by Italians but now their Arabs the food is absolutely terrible terrible terrible never gonna go back there again.

We had a perfect experience at Vincent! 🍝❤️ The food was absolutely delicious, but the highlight for me was definitely the oil and garlic pasta. It was simple yet incredibly flavorful—I’ve honestly never tasted an oil and garlic pasta quite like this one before! Everything was well prepared, and we really enjoyed our meal. Definitely a place I would happily visit again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of the best pizzas in Montreal! Menu has a lot of options. Dessert was great too. Friendly staff. Definitely will repeat.

A total scam—do not waste a single dollar here Save yourself the disappointment and the ruined dinner. This place is an absolute disgrace to pizzerias. The food quality has completely tanked—it's greasy, tasteless, and feels like it was thrown together with zero care or effort. You are literally paying top dollar to eat garbage, and the staff treats paying customers like they are doing you a massive favor just by opening the door. It is mind-blowing how a business owner can run a restaurant with this level of incompetence and arrogance. They seem to forget that customers pay their bills, yet they operate like they couldn't care less whether you have a good experience or not. Zero quality control, zero hospitality, and zero pride in what they serve. Do not give this place your hard-earned money. There are countless other spots that actually appreciate their customers and serve decent food. Avoid at all costs!

Thriving off old reputation, not quality Honestly, the food here is completely subpar. The pizza tastes bland, cheap, and utterly disappointing—calling it "average" would be a generous compliment. It’s clear the owner has no idea how to properly manage a business or maintain basic quality standards. The only reason this place is still open is because long-time customers have been incredibly patient and putting up with their lazy service and bad food for years. A business only exists because of the customers who support it, but management here acts completely entitled and treats patrons like an inconvenience. Stop relying on your past history to carry you, step up your quality, and start treating the people paying your bills with some basic respect. Not worth your money.

☆☆☆☆ Unbelievable lack of accountability and terrible service If I could give zero stars, I would. I called in an order for a specific pizza, picked it up, and paid full price—only to open the box and find an order that was completely wrong. It wasn't even close to what I asked for. When I called the store back to get the issue fixed, the employee showed zero professionalism and couldn't have cared less. Instead of offering to remake the pizza, issue a refund, or apologize for forcing me to pay for food I didn't want, all I got was a dismissive "OK, I’ll speak to the girl." That was it. No solution, no customer service, and zero respect for my time or money. Paying for a mistake caused by their own staff and having the store shrug it off is completely unacceptable. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about their customers and can handle a simple phone order. I will never be returning, and I strongly recommend everyone stay far away.

Great pizza and a smooth delivery experience. Everything arrived hot and exactly as ordered. A special thanks to Mia for paying attention to all the details and making sure our order was right. Really appreciated the great service. Will definitely order again!

Great restaurant , fun atmosphere , feels like home! The staff is super friendly! The food is always amazing, very affordable and generous portions! Mia is a GEM of a person! I highly recommend dine in, take out and we even have had family catering and food was delicious!

Wonderful little restaurant beside the park. I took a long dog walk and I was tired so I stepped in here for the first time and I was happy with the food I received. I love Italian food because there is so much variety and it is my favourite cuisine. This place is great! Lots of different options.

i ordered a pizza and waited 2 hours to receive and not only that they forgot to make my order when i have kids here waiting for the pizza , once it comes home it was raw not even cooked well. use to be a grea trestaurant but now this place sucks the bag .

My absolute favorite for many years but yesterday I spent over a hundred dollars just to end up on the toilet 🚽 with farts that smelled of sewage.Maybe they have a new cook or something but that's no excuse to serve people garbage especially with the prices we pay now a days.
