Really disappointed with my recent order. I ordered two club sandwiches — one specifically with no tomatoes and added cheese. When I got home (about a 20-minute drive), I opened the box and there were tomatoes in it. At that point, it was too late to go back, so it ended up in the garbage. When a customer asks for something simple like removing tomatoes, it should be respected. Some people have intolerances or allergies, and others just don’t like certain ingredients. It’s a small request that makes a big difference. Very frustrating experience.

The staff was very helpful when this frazzled hockey mom in a hurry ordered from the wrong location. They calmly made it right in record time. They told me how to cancel the other order and got me out the door with hot, fresh food in a matter of minutes. Thank you to the staff and manager working tonight. You helper finish a hard week with an easy fix. Merci mille fois.

Is it expensive ? Yes. Is it delicious? Kind of. It’s a satisfactory meal overall but for the price it makes you question the quality a bit. Service however was very quick - took about 12 minutes to get our full meal. This would be a once and a while kind of meal.

Placed order over an hour and a half ago, called to check on status of order was put on an extended hold and then told that due to a large order my order was delayed and they may be able to get my order out of the restaurant in the next 5 minutes meaning it will be at least another 20 minutes.
