Very disappointed. Attempted to order online, their site does not allow online orders any longer. They do not know why. Must order over phone. Understandable. Ordered all items vegetarian. Person taking order put in chicken. When order arrived, called complained. Was informed my fault. Explained that it was never repeated to me about chicken. She explained to manager she did. Attempted to explain the person for this order the person is vegetarian, that there was not a chance the young lady said chicken. Was told I need to know it is my problem to make sure that their employees confirms the order. Think that might be their problem to get their employees to confirm.

We went with our hockey team last Friday. There was only one waitress serving our big group and taking care of the bar ordered. The waitress was not very nice, and started complaining as soon as the second waitress appeared. It took over an hour to get our food. The waitresses body langue and facial expressions from far were also very negative and she was not friendly with the kids. I ordered chicken tacos and they ended up charging me 7$ for a side of sour cream and salsa (something that usually comes with tacos at any other restaurant) over 25$ for 3 tacos…. I went to speak with the person in charge at the time and they ended up taking 2$ off my bill. it was a joke. The tacos were also very disappointing, 2 small strips of chicken in each tacos and the tacos were filled with coleslaw. They didn't seem to care about customer service and i will not go back with my family or my hockey team. .

The food was good and definitely a hit with the kids, which made for a smooth family meal. ​While it feels a bit expensive for what it is, that seems to be the reality everywhere these days. Because of those rising costs, we’ve cut back greatly on dining out, but this was a solid choice for a treat. Reliable service and a kid-friendly atmosphere.

We waited 5 min, water was brought. 10 min later our order was taken. 10 min later, she came back that she was looking for her notepad with our order. 5 minutes later, she came back to retake our order. We left. As diabetics, we could not wait any longer. Not impressed.

Last time ordering I got the completely pastas not one but both and was missing items. When I called back they offered to remake the order but I was at home 20 minutes away and did not want to drive 40 minutes round trip, they offered a credit for next time. When I called next time I was told sorry you don’t have credit. Nothing they are willing to do. Save your money don’t order take out there.

Service is good but with the food it depends on what you get. The spicy perroggy pizza was good but I didnt like their burgers and fries. There's a lot of people, I prefer quieter restaurants.

Never order take out they don't understand basic food orders. They provide what is not ask and don't add all what is needed in the order. If you call call to ask managers are independent and could care less.Udate Jan 2026 placed an order for delivery with a useless owner doesn't know the difference between fried wings and oven baked really are you that clueless 5 orders and the same thing this place is a joke.
