Quebec to be represented at World Chocolate Masters

Véronique Rousseau, from Drummondville, will represent Canada at the upcoming World Chocolate Masters in November 2011. She was discovered at a selection meeting in Toronto last April. She will be in Paris in 2011 during the international event that combines the artistic and culinary talents of the participants.

Ms. Rousseau participated for the first time in this kind of competition at this level, but it certainly turns heads. She managed to seduce the judges and they even say she has a great future ahead of her!

She studied at the Centre Paul Rousseau, in her hometown of Drummondville, and she now works for Choco Daisy while pursuing studies in education.

Measuring herself against the top twenty of the chocolate world, she still has several months to develop his knowledge and methods. It is neither more nor less than the Olympic Games for a master of chocolate.

RestoEnLigne wish her good luck!
