The popular St-Hubert restaurants will proceed this fall at the opening of their first hybrid concept. We know the restaurants with dining and table service, also the St-Hub with its resto-bar atmosphere, and the St-Hubert Express, where its a fast food-like service. But what will look like a St-Hubert hybrid?
This is simply a merge between the Express and the St-Hub. Families will be more than happy with the "Express" type since they can eat more quickly and at lower cost. Adults less eager and willing will love the bar-restaurant, with the type "St-Hub." The atmosphere is also more appropriate.
The first restaurant of the sort will emerge this fall in Repentigny. It will be a brand new building and investment of 4.5 million is needed. In total, 65 new jobs will be created.
One hundred guests can sit on both side. A terrace is also considered. Drive-thru, delivery and take-out servies will also be available there.
Before seeing such a hybrid concept across the Province of Quebec, St-Hubert wants to wait to see the response of the people of Repentigny before giving more green lights.
