On Monday, the Tapeo restaurant will celebrate its 10th anniversary. For the occasion, a special evening is organized to benefit the Lighthouse organization.
The Lighthouse Children and Families contributes to the well-being of children with serious illnesses and supports their families.
This is the organization that manages the Maison André-Gratton, the only pediatric palliative care in Quebec in which children dying and their families can stay.
To mark the anniversary of Tapeo, Ashley Thornton, a former participant in the program Les Chefs and Head of Inferno restaurant, is the chief guest. With Marie-Fleur St-Pierre, Ashley has mounted a tempting menu of five courses accompanied by a Spanish wine.
