On May 17-18 2014 at Le Marché de la Gare of Sherbrooke (720 Place de la Gare ), the event “Sherbrooke t’en bouche un coin” takes place. This Saturday it is open from 11h to 20h and Sunday from 11h to 17h .
You only have to get coupons on site for as low as $ 1 each. With them you can enjoy the tapas and glasses of each of these chefs .
Among them , we find Laurent Godbout Atelier Archibald, Michel Carrier restaurant Le Bouchon, Christian Fréchette DaToni, Alain Labrie la Table du Chef, Stéphane Lo Ré restaurant Lo Ré, Roland Ménard and Francis Wolf Manor Hovey, Dominic Tremblay Café Massawippi and DT Bistro, Daniel Charbonneau OMG Burger, Diane Plante Bistro de la Cité, Valérie Lacharité la Table Alain Roger , Kevin Bélisle Spa Eastman, Eric Garand Plaisir Gourmand, Jean- Patrice Fournier of le Poivron Rouge and François Côté of the Imperial.
Guests also have access to wine bars, bubbles, beer and cocktails.
Activities are also provided on site :
• Scenes where chefs will be presented continuously, culinary and wine workshops.
• Training on wine on the Orford Express train to passport holders.
• Terrace Pomerleau open to all , with no entry fee, to relax and enjoy refreshing cocktails.
• The 5-8 Blazers - Heels, a trendy evening under the big top .
