Savor Easter thanks to the Château Frontenac this spring

Savor Easter thanks to the Château Frontenac this spring

For a second consecutive spring, the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac kitchen brigade is pleased to offer a decadent Easter take-out menu, ideal for brunches at home. Offered for four people, each menu offers an enticing piece of resistance, whether you prefer the maple-glazed toupie ham, the crown of lamb or the gourmet-style sugar menu. Each option is full of tasty accompaniments and, of course, includes the Château's delicious maple chômeur pudding!

In addition to the assortment of savory menus, there is an exceptional variety of desserts to enjoy at home, concocted by the Château's pastry chef, Joël Lahon. In addition to a family version of the famous chômeur pudding, it will be possible to enjoy the crispy and thick old-fashioned pancake, the giant chocolate egg, enhanced with nuts and dried fruit or even the menagerie of Easter this year made up of 12 fancy cupcakes! The Fairmont Le Château Frontenac team of mixologists has also been put to good use for this exceptional offer, and offers, in a pretty bottle, a maple water mocktail with maple syrup, lemon, blueberry, cucumber and non-alcoholic gin.

Contactless pick-up of take-out menus will take place in the main courtyard of the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac on April 15 and 16 between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
