Bloom Sushi is coming to Quebec!

Bloom Sushi is coming to Quebec!

Since the opening of its first branches in Montreal and Paris, Bloom Sushi's botanical sushi concept has created exceptional enthusiasm and Quebec City will be able to enjoy these bites of happiness at 1099 3rd Avenue starting July 6. Offering people from the national capital the opportunity to discover the unique concept of businessman Dominic Bujold, Bloom Sushi offers a 100% vegan menu without any trace of fish, but just as tasty.

“After opening two Blooms in Montreal and one in Paris, we wanted to continue to expand the Bloom experience in the provinces and offer a new vegan offer to Quebecers. 3rd Avenue is surely the most gastronomic street in Quebec, so it was natural for us to be there. The demand was also very strong and we felt that the enthusiasm was there, that the clientele was there for us”, mentions Dominic Bujold, founder of the Bloom Sushi restaurants.

AN UNPARALLELED GOURMET EXPERIENCE
The new destination, which will welcome its customers in a decor with Japanese influences with a timeless and architectural approach, will offer 47 seats inside in addition to a terrace area in summer. Bloom Sushi arrives in Quebec with a menu filled with seasonal novelties that combine the technique and the delicate know-how of Japanese cuisine. This mastery of botanical sushi is, here, that of renowned chef Christian Ventura (Sushi Momo and BVRGER), who has revolutionized vegan cuisine in Montreal in recent years.

Concocted from plant-based ingredients only, Bloom sushi is not only visually appealing, but it unquestionably offers a unique gastronomic experience, where the flavors are at the rendezvous. Containing no fish or seafood, the sushi is therefore 100% free of antibiotics, mercury-free, and without impact on the oceans, in addition to being suitable for pregnant women. Welcoming tasty new additions throughout the seasons, the summer menu offers a variety of dishes including a new starter of smoked tofu concocted with kelp caviar, bites of tofu crab tartare with crispy rice and new fried veggie-beef rolls are among the many tempting new additions to the summer menu!

ABOUT BLOOM SUSHI
Founded by Dominic Bujold in 2019, alongside his partner and executive chef Christian Ventura, Bloom Sushi unveils a thoughtful gourmet offer. Based on botanical cuisine, Bloom's menu proves that it's possible to love sushi as much as the oceans. The know-how of the sushi masters is reflected in the range of flavors that are both traditional and surprising. Bloom botanical sushi has the particularity of being based on vegetable ingredients. On the plate, there is therefore a lot of pleasure and love, excluding fish and seafood. Bloom offers its customers a refined gastronomic experience that respects its environmental values. In the short-medium term, the company continues to expand, in Quebec and in France, with the ambition of breaking into new markets.
