When it is difficult to choose, opt for mini portions

Restaurant menus are sometimes so enticing that it is difficult to make a choice. Chefs know and to simplify your decision, it is not uncommon to see the development of what might be called a "discovery menu". This allows you to taste a little of everything, a mini portion at a time.

In most of these facilities, you can enjoy and not lost your appetite, three appetizers, three main courses and three different desserts.

Furthermore, the menu may offer about twenty plates which we are invited to select our perfect and affordable meal.

Attention, this mini-trend portion does not mean that the restaurant will now be tempted to pass a mega bill for smaller plates. The goal is simply to make us discover and enjoy the greatest possible elements of their creations.
