Almost all mouthwatering pizzas on the menu presented will now are paid to people intolerant to gluten, with some exceptions, for a small fee of three dollars. This paste, rice flour, is great news for those who could unfortunately not savor the delicious pizzas offered by the restaurant to this day!
"We had several requests for gluten free pizza. It was then to find the right supplier and good dough worthy of Pizz'art "says Julie Gagnon, owner. Although statistics are not readily available, it is estimated in 133 people suffers from celiac disease (gluten intolerance) in Canada. That is why steps like the one Pizz'art is undertaking satisfies many individuals struggling with this annoying condition.

It's June 26, 2012 Julie Gagnon opened the first Pizz'art to Lac-Beauport. The traffic that this first trade MONSTER created then prompted the new restorative, exactly one year after opening its first restaurant, to give birth to a second location in the Halles de Sainte-Foy.
