We can now add another restaurant on the list of new businesses to settle in the now popular Limoilou neighborhood: The Signature. Two experienced restaurateurs have joined forces to open this restaurant offering lunch, dinner and dinner from Tuesday to Sunday.

Joël Gagné, co-owner of Oeuforie Steak Frites & Cie, and Luis Obando, who has more than 30 years of experience in catering, aim to become a staple of the sector and offer a modern and welcoming atmosphere with personalized service and near people.

For lunches, an early riser card is available from 7 am to 9 am on weekdays only, while the morning menu is available until 2 pm from Tuesday to Friday and until 3 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Dinners, on weekdays, are served from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm and the doors open again for the evening, from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

The lunch menu contains essential dishes such as eggs, bacon, ham and sausages, and includes brunch plates, healthy lunches, Benedictines, cassolettes, omelettatas and pancakes.
On the menu of the day or evening, the chefs promise succulent appetizers and eight varieties of tartare, definitely the specialty of the establishment: classic beef, chorizo ??beef and parmesan, avocado beef and shrimp, salmon Signature, salmon and avocado, salmon and tuna sashimi, salmon and scallop ceviche, salmon and lobster muslin. A section of the menu is also reserved for grill lovers.

The Signature invites you to bring your wine at supper time.
