Openings just in time for summer

Openings just in time for summer

The holiday season has kicked off in Quebec and, due to border closures, Quebec tourists are expected to continue their tour of the province during the summer months. This is probably why new restaurants have planned to open at this time of year. Here are the most recent ones listed:
Quebec
At the Quebec Hilton, the grand hotel opened the doors of its new restaurant, CABU. Warning! This is not just a hotel restaurant. The whole population is invited to discover this new must-see for outings in the city, whether before or after a show, in order to taste the local flavors. Yes, the menu will be made up of local products only.
Still in the hotel sector, the Capitole unveiled the details of its new complex which, in addition to comprising 108 rooms, will host the BO Cuisine D'Asie restaurant. The Il Teatro restaurant has also been extended. It’s to be seen in the heart of Old Quebec.
Montreal
Located at the Montreal Eaton Center, the Time Out Market food fair will offer six new options to customers who can return with pleasure recently. These are Tunnel Espresso, Le Blossom, Le Taj, P’tit Dip, Campo and Casa Kaizen. Among the restaurants that were already present before the pandemic, we find Marusan, the Red Tiger, Paul Toussaint, Burger T !, Il Miglio, Moleskine and Ateliers & Saveurs.
Sherbrooke
Fromagerie Victoria has just opened its 16th restaurant, but the first in the Eastern Townships region, in Sherbrooke. Car service is available and a creamery will delight customers this summer. It also offers the same services and products offered as in the other restaurants, including the fresh cheese of the day 100% made with whole milk directly from local farms.
Alma
The Küto restaurant chain is on the rise. She will already be opening her 29th franchise in downtown Alma despite her young age, five years old. Tartare specialists are therefore expecting amateurs from July 22. It will be possible to eat in or take out. In fact, the chain is working on a new menu that will be available across the province from the end of the month.
Saint-Armand
Three partners from the Montérégie have got their hands on a municipal building located a few steps from the Philipsburg wharf, in the municipality of Saint-Armand, have completely renovated it and will open the Gilligan restaurant-bistro. For now, the emphasis will be on take out orders but the dining room may open for Friday and Saturday evenings. In view of the winter and the ice fishing season, a delivery service to Missisquoi Bay is being considered.
Sainte-Julie
The restaurant Les Cuisiniers has just opened its doors with a "bring your own wine" formula in Sainte-Julie. The concept was thought out by an experienced chef who had a charcoal grill installed to cook the meat, who will cut the fish for the tartars in a fridge kept at 4 degrees and who will deliver the bread from the bakery. neighbor every morning. In fact, the little details will be very important and your taste buds will easily notice them!
