Fast delivery: Groupe Restos Plaisirs at MNBAQ, new captains for Captain Lobster and opening of an Indian in Quebec

In this new edition of Fast Delivery, the Restos Plaisirs Group presents its new project to the Museum, Captain Lobster presents its two new directors and the Elephant announces its opening.
First, since the chef and manager of catering spaces and the catering service at the Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec (MNBAQ) will not renew her contract in March, Groupe Restos Plaisirs, which manages, among other things, restaurants Cochon Dingue and Madame Chose, becomes the official dealer for the next five years. The Group, focusing its energies on the development of its catering offer, will now be able to do so in the most beautiful room in Quebec. The Group's goal, ultimately, is to establish museum restaurants like no other has ever seen in the province.
Then, the famous Captain Lobster located in Sainte-Flavie in the Bas-St-Laurent changes hands. After 19 years at the helm, Alain Bellavance is giving way to two young Rimouskois, Nicolas Horth and Laurence Marquis. In addition to the restaurant, a fishmonger and a campsite also become their property. The concept will remain the same, although the name and brand should develop further with the arrival of the new bosses.
Finally, there is something new in the world of tapas with the arrival of the restaurant Elephant in Quebec. However, a mystery still hangs over the exact location. The owners want to keep it a secret ... because it will be a (falsely) secret place. Thus, it will only be possible to go to this restaurant, which will only have 45 seats, by booking. This is when you will learn the address! The experience will therefore be unique and the culinary proposals will stand out, inspired by India and South Asia.
