For the second consecutive year, Montreal will host a festival that will shed light on the food of tomorrow. Will be present some great local chefs but also new talent from around the world. They will discuss and share their latest findings. And you're invited!
August 14 -19, experimentation and boldness will be honored in what is already an essential food festival. On the menu, cooking demos where a dozen chefs will share their techniques and ideas.
Also, the "cursed dinners" promise you an eyeful. Two chefs combine every evening to prepare you a unique and unexpected meal.
The highlight of the festival is on Saturday night at the Société des arts technologiques. Guests can enjoy appetizers from young chefs, who are literally off the beaten track. In addition, DJs will spin the best electro music for you.
This is the tenth and final stop of Omnivore World Tour 2013.
