Laurent Godbout's kitchen now at Saint Pierre Le Vignoble

Open since 2019 on Île d'Orléans, Saint Pierre Le Vignoble has recently offered a gourmet food offer to sustain its customers, who have come to stop by to taste its products. For the occasion, Mrs. Christiane Grégoire and Mr. Jacques Blouin, owners and winegrowers, collaborated with the renowned chef Laurent Godbout to create two signature boards, whose products blend perfectly with the aromas of the house wines.

An oasis of peace and greenery just ten minutes from Quebec City, and one minute from the Pont de l'Île, Saint Pierre Le Vignoble offers you to come and feast from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day in summer, thanks to the avalanche of flavors found in its short but delicious slate featuring a tasting board, and another vegetarian, for less than $25.

While some stop at the vineyard to admire the panorama or leave with a few vials, the tasting board should make many fans with its spectacular combination of flavors and refined foods. Bringing together a gravlax of dried salmon with beetroot salt on labneh and pumpkin seeds in addition to a tataki of semi-cooked beef in a spice crust, honey barbecue sauce and tarragon mayonnaise, this dish has it all. a large restaurant menu, but it is possible to enjoy it outdoors while enjoying the view! A Spaghetti of red beets marinated in raspberry, cranberry and goat cheese vinegar, accompanied by a Gabrielle potato salad with Meaux mustard and maple syrup, all served with organic bread croutons with Provençal herbs. A summer creation by Laurent Godbout.

For vegetarians or simply cheese lovers, the Vineyard also offers a delicious board of burrata. The latter is definitely off the beaten track with its garnish of sweet potato pickles with candied lemon and olive oil, all accompanied by a refreshing seasonal lettuce with mustard vinaigrette, to be enjoyed on organic bread croutons with Provençal herbs. This fresh, summery dish goes perfectly with Envol and Rêverie, the two dry white wines from the vineyard, Rosée matinale, the house rosé, or even the brand new orange wine of the same name. This new honey-colored product with floral notes has aromas of quince orange and is a perfect ally for contemplating the view of Montmorency Falls during an aperitif!

First dedicated to the cultivation of berries for more than 10 years, the huge 26-hectare property is known as La Ferme La Rosacée. It is thus, thanks to the passion, the patience and the good care lavished daily on the vines, that Saint Pierre Le Vignoble was born.
