For a dinner out with the kids that does not turn into a nightmare

For a dinner out with the kids that does not turn into a nightmare

Eating with family at restaurants can sometimes cause some inconvenience to parents: crying, refusal to eat, a glass of juice spilled ... Not always easy. Consider also your neighbors, who must endure this! However, there are some tips for a dinner out that does not turn into a nightmare...

First, if it’s still a baby, we advise you to visit a family restaurant. Employees are ready to welcome you with your baby and high chairs are available in large quantities. The bathrooms are also adapted accordingly.

In addition, other customers have possibly children of the same age as yours. They know what to expect! Bring some of his favorite little toys ... he will have fun throwing them on the floor! At least, during this time, he does not scream.

If your child is preschool, it is of course difficult for him to hold up more than a few seconds. Let him bring his favorite figurine even a book or two.

Always make a wise choice of restaurant. When this is the case, notebooks and crayons will be available to children when they arrive.

For slightly older children, elementary school, small sizes board games will entertain them until the meal. Think of tic-tac-toe, hangman, the snakes and ladders...

there is also your teenager. What should you do? He or she will probably find it very boring and a pain... This output, however, should be used to discuss with him or her. Otherwise, he or she will have eyes only for her smart phone, texting and Facebooking. Unless he or she drags homeworks?

What tips do you have to spend a pleasant evening in a restaurant with your kids?
