Fast delivery: vaccine passport, disturbing 737 and a roof terrace

On the menu today, we will talk again about the vaccine passport, we will come back to the launch of the 737 resto-museum at Quebec City airport and we will present you the new roof terrace of the Sibuet Bakery.
So let's start with the vaccine passport. This should be implemented this fall and become mandatory to ensure access to certain non-essential services, such as restaurants, for people who have received two doses of a vaccine. First, remember that the vaccine passport will be required in a specific sector if and only if there is an outbreak and significant transmission of COVID-19.
It will then be necessary to ensure that the restaurants are technically equipped to read the QR codes of the passport and thus accommodate people who have been doubly vaccinated. According to the experts consulted, everything should be taken care of quickly when the situation calls for it.
This is exactly what restaurateurs want: to be able to welcome as many people as possible, as quickly as possible, without having to close again!
Let's continue by taking a little step back. A few days ago, we presented to you the new 737 project located at the Quebec City airport where a huge plane has been transformed into a museum and restaurant. After a few weeks of opening, the neighbors are already complaining about the traffic and the noise.
According to the figures obtained, more than 30,000 people have visited the place in just two weeks since the opening of this attraction located about ten meters from a residential area of ??L’Ancienne-Lorette. Shows are presented every weekend on the terrace.
The 737 administration says it is doing everything possible to respect the neighborhood. For example, shows end at 9:30 p.m. and the site closes at 11 p.m. And this, while having the option of remaining open until 3 a.m., as permitted by its operating license.
The airport organization does not seem ready to give up and agree with the neighbors. She even announces that an adjacent commercial project is in the works!
Let’s conclude with the official opening, which recently took place, of a new roof terrace at Sibuet boulangerie + restaurant in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli. This new facility can accommodate 34 people who have a superb view of the municipality's church and the Charlevoix mountains while being able to enjoy lunch, dinner or a bite to eat from the bakery and pastry shop.
The owners, the couple Manon Leclerc and Thibaud Sibuet, have invested thousands of dollars to add a cold room, a new parking lot, an online store and this terrace.
