A third branch of the Irish pub Le Trèfle has just opened in Limoilou. One of the six co-owners is comedian Rémi-Pierre Paquin. The objective of this new address is to create a neighborhood tavern atmosphere as is the case in Europe, especially in Ireland. The menu is more enticing than a traditional pub menu, although there are fish & chips and Irish stew. This is a second production from South Korea, which makes Quebec City a popular tourist destination for South Koreans. The figures do not lie, according to officials at the Quebec City Tourism Board: a 60% increase in visitors from South Korea.
