Fast delivery: honors and something new in Sherbrooke

We bring you fast delivery of good news today. Admit that we all need it these days! Thus, we will talk about the prize that Aki Sushi won this week, the title that Verdun received from Time Out and the addition of a gourmet offer at the renowned King Hall in Sherbrooke.
Let's start with the prize received by Aki Sushi from the Federation of Chambers of Commerce of Quebec to underline its winning strategy of business growth. Founder Claude Guay is proud to receive this Mercuriade as the company celebrates its 15th anniversary this year and manages over 110 branches throughout the province. The company, which employs 880 people, also won the title of "Franchisor of the Year" in 2019 by the Quebec Franchise Council and that of "Retail and E-commerce" at the 36th Fidéides gala organized by the Quebec Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Speaking of distinction, we must also note the 11th place for the trendiest districts in the world obtained by the Verdun district and awarded by the trendy magazine Time Out. The survey assesses what neighborhoods have to offer on several fronts, including food and the support and unconditional love of residents. Perhaps making Wellington Drive pedestrian and installing an urban beach weighed heavily in the balance of votes. On your next visit to Montreal, take a detour to this hidden treasure!
Finally, an institution in downtown Sherbrooke added a gastronomic offer to its menu in addition to continuing the service of cocktails and beers. Open for more than 30 years and perched at the top of the King's Hill, King Hall has enlarged and improved its concept by adding the King Alexandre restaurant. Formerly in the kitchens of Antidote Foodlab, Buvette du Centro and Baumann, Steven Losier is in charge. The objective is therefore to offer a menu of the same quality and level of excellence as the beers, cocktails and spirits for which King Hall is famous.
