Fast delivery: Help from Moisson Beauce, opening in Quebec City and 100 free pizzas

In this express delivery, we have nothing but good news! How good it does, doesn't it? We have a few words on Moisson Beauce, on the opening of a new restaurant in Quebec by the former chef of the Château and on the 100 free pizzas from Salvatoré.
Let's start with Moisson Beauce, which received 1,000 meals from seven students in professional cooking training at the Builders Training Center. They, as part of the Tablée des Chefs, which brings together 15 other hotel schools in Quebec, cooked 1,000 meals in just three days. They therefore worked on a team spirit and a collaborative spirit, in addition to applying the concepts learned in their courses, such as compliance, storage and hygiene. These same students took pride in working for their community while becoming aware of the fight against food insecurity.
Let's continue with the new project by Stéphane Modat, the former chef of Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, which should open Le Clan in the coming months, still in Quebec. Of course, no official date has filtered out yet, especially given the current consequences of the pandemic. For the occasion, he teamed up with Yanick Parent, already owner of several restaurants in Old Quebec including Bello Ristorante, La Bûche and Don Vegan. Modat, a proud supporter of local producers, chef of the Château's restaurants for eight years, announced this wedding in recent weeks, just before the re-closing of the dining rooms, and invites people to experience the present. and glimpse the future, without giving up.
Finally, to celebrate the opening of their new branch in Valleyfield, the Pizza Salvatore restaurant offered 100 free pizzas to community, sports, school and cultural organizations in the region. This is one of the first restaurants in the chain to open outside the greater Quebec City area, where it has been involved from the very beginning in local communities. An expansion phase has been underway for several months and franchises have also opened their doors in Victoriaville Granby, Drummondville, Beloeil and Dollard-des-Ormeaux. At each of these locations, Pizza Salvatore also donated free pizzas to organizations. A welcome gesture these days!
