Quebec restaurants among Canada's top 100

The new list of Canada's 100 best restaurants appeared online at the same time as the reopening of dining rooms in Quebec. And precisely, we find an impressive variety of restaurants from our corner of the country in this annual prize list! Let's take a quick look if you don't mind!
Let's settle one thing right away, according to experts, the best restaurant cannot be found in Quebec. The highest ranked restaurant in Canada is the Alo and is found in Toronto.
You just need to go to the third step of the podium to swell with pride: this is the position that Joe Beef occupies.
Before the tenth position, we find two other Montreal tables, the Toqué! (6th place) and the Montreal Plaza (7th).
There have certainly been a few tumbles in this ranking, but we must admit that it is difficult to keep up the pace from year to year.
For example, the Musso goes from 6th to 16th place in 2020, the Vin Papillon from 13th to 23rd and the Liverpool House from 19 to 57.
