Before and after his Quebec City show tomorrow, where Paul McCartney will eat?

We still do not know if Paul McCartney has landed in Quebec City for his show on the Plaines tomorrow (Tuesday), but we already know what he will eat. It will of course be a vegetarian menu, the former Beatle also being the spokesperson for Meat Free Monday in England! Which chef will have the honor to welcome him? Impossible to know ... but speculation is going on!

Once Sir Paul will set foot in the city, all the great restaurants will be ready to welcome him with a special vegetarian menu. Moreover, Le Soleil asked this weekend four chefs to develop a special menu… just in case.

In his last appearance in the national capital in 2008, he made a stop at Saint-Amour. Chef Jean-Luc Boulay also said he will prepare a meal to him again, this time just before the big show Tuesday in a lodge built on the Plaines.

He will show him a menu 100% made of Quebec products of the moment: tomatoes, cucumbers, basil, beet Carpaccio and ravioli. There will also be organic food and raw milk cheese from Portneuf.

On the other hand, the owners of Garby will prepare four meals for the crew of 100 members of the singer, not knowing if Sir Paul will be there to taste their dishes. Regardless, the menu will include a vegetarian side that will please the most famous singer in the world.
