At the end of August, a second fire in two years has significantly damaged the Sherbrooke restaurant Au four à bois. In a busy Saturday night, the twenty clients and employees were evacuated safely as firefighters arrived on site.
During the first fire, the fire had originated in the oven because of cracks. The first time everything had been renovated and reopened and the firefighters had even supervised the repairs.
