A Savo transformed in Sherbrooke

A Savo transformed in Sherbrooke

Yan Doyon, Pierre-Luc Fauteux and Dany Brisebois have been working behind the scenes for several months in order to give Savoroso a new lease of life ... which at the same time simply becomes Savo. Always located at the Sherbrooke Station Market, the Savo offers some new products to regulars.

The trio of new owners first renovated the interior of the Savo, located in the old train station, which has always offered the famous gelato. The new decor of the Gelateria is worth the trip.

A new menu is available for lunch and dinner and it has been concocted in collaboration with the people of the restaurant Baumann downtown Sherbrooke. The menu will offer fresh foods that are also available for the most part at the Marché de la Gare. The menu will be changed twice a year.

Also, the terrace has been revised and corrected. People frequenting the Station Market can stop there every day from 11 am to 11 pm. The owners remind us that this is the only terrace on the edge of the Lac des Nations. The place will be more friendly and more convenient for customers and will become the trendy place of summer in Sherbrooke.

The three owners all have several years of experience in catering and entrepreneurship. Their ultimate goal is to make Savo the new epicurean and bon vivant rendezvous!
