$ 4 million for Groupe Martin's St-Hubert restaurants in Quebec City and surrounding areas

Quebec City, Monday, December 7, 2020 - Groupe Martin, which owns 11 St-Hubert restaurants in the greater Quebec City region, confirms the opening of its first St-Hubert / Harvey's combo branch in May 2021, where one of its rotisseries on Boulevard Sainte-Anne in Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré. The Group also reveals that its restaurant in Lévis, located on Route du Président-Kennedy, will be completely renovated for the summer of 2021.

The St-Hubert in Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré, whose building has been undergoing major work since last month for a total investment of $ 2.5 million, will house under one roof, as soon as it reopens in May, a St -Hubert Express and a Harvey's, a first of its kind in the region, but not in the network. In addition to the 30 existing jobs, this double gourmet destination of 100 places will result in the hiring of 30 new employees. Customers will be able to take advantage of auto service for both brands, and of course the popular home delivery service.

Renovation of St-Hubert Lévis
For its part, the St-Hubert restaurant in Lévis will undergo major renovations in 2021, totaling investments of $ 1.5 million. Major transformations await the dining room and the St-Hub resto-bar, in addition to the integration of a car service which should create around 15 additional jobs.

New products even in a pandemic: a fish and chips
Despite the exceptional situation that restaurants are going through in 2020, the Martin Group underlines the loyalty of St-Hubert customers and notes a 60% increase in its delivery orders compared to last year. "Despite the pandemic, even though dining room sales are on hiatus, we thank our customers for their loyalty: our sales in delivery, take-out and drive-thru service have increased substantially, which allows us to good to get through the current situation. We would also like to thank our employees for their dedication and great loyalty, they are invaluable allies ”, add Pierre, Jean and Louis Martin, co-owners of Groupe Martin. To please its customers who continue to savor their St-Hubert thanks to the ordering and delivery services available, the chain is launching this month its first fish and chips worthy of the name! Served with a tasty tartar sauce, fries, a bread and the famous St-Hubert sauce, this new dish should make many happy in the weeks to come.
