We are looking for a passionate and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee all operations. You will ensure the quality of dishes, team management, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Organize and coordinate kitchen activities, manage supplies and inventory, supervise and train the kitchen team, ensure compliance with MAPAQ standards, control the quality and presentation of dishes, work closely with the operations manager.
Experience of 4 years in the kitchen, management and leadership skills, food safety and hygiene management certification, ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations, creativity and attention to detail, positive attitude and strong team spirit.
