Zento Sushi

I have eaten in the restaurant before and enjoyed it. However, this time I didn't feel like going out so I ordered it delivery. Well, it arrived cold and $20 more than what it should have been. I had called in in advance to see if they had a special delivery number and they told me to order from the menu on the website. I did. I ordered two general tao chicken meals, complete with salad and spring rolls. The website said $19.95 each. After the meal, when I was left unsatisfied and still hungry (cold general tao is simply not good) my boyfriend, who had paid the delivery guy, told me it cost $60 instead of $40. That'e when I decided to call the restaurant. I spoke with the owner who kept talking over me and telling me to "be quiet, I'm talking" when I was trying to explain. Then she said that it cost more because they couldn't update the website. I should not have to pay more than Im told because they cannot maintain their website - especially when they specifically told me to order from that menu. When I told her this, she didn't care. Then she finally agreed that if I came out and brought the food back, she would reimburse me. When I told her that I was in my pi's getting ready for an early meeting, and asked her to send her delivery guy back over, she said "That will cost me $5". After it cost me $60 for the terrible meal I was stuck with. Never, ever will I return or order from this restaurant again. I have never seen someone care more for $5 than pleasing a loyal and regular customer. By the way, part of my bill was a $4 delivery charge. I absolutely do NOT recommend this restaurant.

Excellent Sushis, belle présentation, combinaison de saveur qui chatouille les papilles gustatives. Donne le goût d'y retourner pour essayer tout les plats qu'on a pu déguster. Très propre, ambiance chaleureuse, excellent service. 24 août 2010

J'adore leur Sushi, j'y vais presque 1 fois par semaine depuis que j'y ai été la première fois le 23 avril dernier.

Par Julie - Pour moi, c'est le meilleur resto de sushi à vie. Les sushis sont frais et savoureux. Les créations du chef....Wow!!! Je suis loin de la ville pour 4 mois et j'ai simplement hâte de revenir pour y retourner!!!

Par Ghislaine - C'est un très beau restaurant avec une belle ambiance. Essayez la pizza sushi deluxe. Miammmm. L'entrée de crevettes tempura est copieuse et excellente. Dan Bigras fréquente ce resto. Pour moi, c'est aussi bon qu'un resto au centre-ville avec un beau grand stationnement en prime !!! J'adore...
