I have not been to Kentucky for almost a year now. I must share my dissapointment with this service!!!! I drove for approixmately 30 minutes to get to the nearest Kentucky. When I got their, I ordered a bucket of 18 chickens....and a gravey (sauce) I was told that I would have to wait 19 minutes for the food because it had not been prepared. I waited for over 20 minutes.!!!!
I then went home with the food!! I was even more dissapointed!!! The chicken had NO flavor!!! There was no season on it!!! and to top it all off the gravy (sauce) waS watery and had NO flavor.!!!!
I paid over 35 dollors for this food....and it was awful.!!!!!
I wanted to treat my children because they are going through a lot right now. I have breast cancer and going through chemotherapy.....I wanted to put a smile on my kids faces and that did not work....and finanical thing are hard and the kentucky was sooooo expensive!!
I am very dissapointed!!!! to say the least....

Bien que j'aime bien un morceau de poulet original de temps à autre, j'ai eu à quelques reprises des morceaux qui étaient principalement composés de gras et de panure avec peu de viande. Les pires sont les morceaux de poulet croustillant, principalement que de la panure.
Ma dernière visite du 22 mai 2023, j'avais un coupon pour 20 morceaux, frites et sauce à 43.99$, valides jusqu'à 25 juin 2023.
On m'a chargé 54.49$. 43.99$ plus taxes font 50.58$. On n'a voulu honorer le bon.
