Une magnifique découverte ! J’ai commandé un plat de riz Mansaf ainsi qu’un plat Freekeh. Le Mansaf était très bon, mais le Freekeh une vraie révélation pour moi et toute ma famille, c’était la première fois qu’on en goûtait et c’était tout simplement exceptionnel ! Ce mélange de blé grillé et parfaitement cuit est absolument délicieux. Un grand merci pour cette cuisine savoureuse et authentique. Je recommande fortement, leurs plats sont un vrai délice ! An amazing discovery! I ordered a rice dish Mansaf and a a dish called Freekeh, and both were excellent. The Mansaf was very good, but the Freekeh was truly outstanding. It was our first time trying it as a family, and we absolutely loved it.The roasted and perfectly cooked wheat has such a rich and delicious flavor. Thank you for this wonderful and authentic cuisine. I highly recommend it, their dishes are simply delicious!
