Meilleur tartare, osso bucco, soupe (!) que j'ai essayés à Québec. Secret bien gardé. Abordable et pas trop copieux. Ça fait tout un changement avec l'ancienne administration. C'est aussi complètement rénové: ardoise, veneer russe, coussins, bien aéré, etc..
