J’ai commandé un repas de shawarma au bœuf, mais malheureusement l’expérience a été décevante. Le plat a été servi très froid au point où l’on pouvait clairement sentir que la viande elle-même était froide. La saveur n’était pas agréable et ne ressemblait pas à celle d’un shawarma authentique. Étant originaire du Moyen-Orient, je connais très bien le goût et la préparation du shawarma. Je peux facilement faire la différence entre un shawarma bien assaisonné et du simple bœuf cuit. Ce que j’ai reçu ressemblait davantage à de la viande cuite ordinaire qu’à un véritable shawarma traditionnel. J’ai parlé au gérant/propriétaire afin de lui faire part de mon avis. Il m’a expliqué que la salade était froide, mais même si la salade est servie froide, la viande devrait toujours être chaude et fraîche. J’ai également mentionné que le goût ne reflétait pas l’assaisonnement typique du shawarma. Sa réponse a été que les clients aiment sa nourriture et que tout se passe très bien. Honnêtement, cette réponse m’a déçu. Pour être juste, le gérant m’a proposé un remboursement, mais j’ai refusé. Mon intention n’était pas de récupérer mon argent je voulais simplement donner un avis constructif dans l’espoir d’améliorer la qualité des plats. De plus, la qualité de la viande n’était pas très bonne. Il y avait beaucoup de morceaux durs et nerveux mélangés à la viande, ce qui a considérablement affecté la qualité globale du repas. J’espère que ce commentaire sera pris de manière positive et contribuera à améliorer l’expérience des clients à l’avenir. The flavor was not enjoyable, and it did not resemble authentic shawarma in taste. Being originally from the Middle East, I am very familiar with how shawarma should taste and how it should be prepared. I can easily distinguish between properly seasoned shawarma and simply cooked beef. What I received tasted more like plain cooked meat rather than traditional shawarma. I spoke with the manager/owner to share my feedback. He explained that the salad was cold, but even if the salad is served cold, the meat itself should always be hot and fresh. I also mentioned that the flavor did not reflect shawarma seasoning. His response was that customers like his food and that everything is going well. Honestly, that response was disappointing. To be fair, the manager did offer to refund me, but I declined. My intention was not to get my money back, I simply wanted to share constructive feedback in hopes of improving the food quality. Additionally, the quality of the meat itself was not very good. There were many tough and chewy parts mixed with the meat, which significantly affected the overall quality of the meal. I hope this feedback is taken positively and helps improve the dining experience in the future.
