Thank you for your reply firstly I have investigated within the team and they have mentionned you went in complaining about the prices , and for you information chicken is grilled daily and it’s fresh we do not serve dry chicken. You do have to precise that at the counter because we have well done chicken for customers who like well grilled chicken . As for customer service if you went in already to restaurant with attitude and lousy comments and put the employee out of olace the reaction can be only normal . Please set the recordes straight rather than just saying you version and not explaining how you approached the team and how you degraded the good when in fact we sell good quality food . I am very sorry it wasn’t to your high standards
