Great experience at Vieux Port Steakhouse. Victor was outstanding, attentive, professional, and clearly cares about the customer experience. There was a small mistake during the meal, but he handled it immediately and the team went above and beyond to make it right. That level of service stands out. Food was excellent and the overall experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.

Baffled as to the stats here. Had a NY strip and filet mignon. Could cook better steaks at home on a skillet. Service was also non-existent. Save your money, lots of American tourists keeping this place going IMO.

Sam was quite the gentleman. He helped us choose from the menu and was quite friendly and always making sure things were well on our table. My friends and I had fun and were quite content with his service. Plus, the food was amazing 10/10 would recommend

Food, drinks, and service were all excellent! I ordered the steak frites, and it was absolutely amazing—the sauce alone was so good I could drink it. The truffle fries were also incredibly tasty and a perfect pairing. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a great atmosphere and very reasonable pricing. Our server, Ludovic, was wonderful and made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

We ordered rib eye which comes with mash potatoes which we didn’t notice and we order another mash potatoes, server didn’t warn or let us know it comes with mash. Also he FORCED us to add %15 tip when I tried to give custom one. And food is average for this price range
