Tonight I went to Tim Hortons and I ordered some of my food at the drive thru and their night staff had a very bad speaking behavior which I didn't like at all and I ordered what I ordered. After that I asked them if they had something to eat I mentioned a couple of items and they said we don't have anything to eat I thought maybe they ran out after that when I picked up my order they kept the coffee I ordered in the window and made me wait for 15 minutes and didn't even open the window where you pay and took my order I stood there for 15 minutes I honked a couple of times but they didn't pay attention to me I didn't like it at all their night staff were very rude

Excellent service from Inder. He went over and beyond to give us excellent service. Very professional and polite and respectful. The food was great as well. This is a great place to have a lunch. Thank you Inder.

Garbage drive-through experience on Friday afternoon that ensured I'll never be coming back to this location again. Ordered in a super polite and friendly manner and asked the guy about the menu items that were available, only for him to 1) rudely cut me off and tell me how to order and 2) mock me afterwards (probably thinking his mic was off). I drove past the window while telling him to forget my order. Imagine being rude to strangers for fun — what a joke of a man and an embarassment to his team and family honestly 😂
