The entire staff at this location is always very good, but I wanted to give a special shout-out to an employee named Sukhbali (apologies if misspelled). She was so incredibly fast, efficient and proactive today (and other times as well) that she had my order completely ready before I even finished paying at the cash register. Exceptional customer service!

It very dirty place been there 2 times always the same also the employees don’t look after noting they don’t care if it dirty around or clean dirty place to go to food always never fresh wedges like stone not potato I’ve ask for Cilantro and they give me habanero Tim Horton should be shameless Of this restaurant in this place for a steak sandwich waiting time was 25 minute unbelievable

I usually stop by Tim Hortons in the morning for coffee and breakfast. They’re consistently quick and efficient, and the staff are always friendly, which makes it a really nice start to the day.

Absolutely this has to be the worst Tim Hortons in Montreal the guy who works at the window taking your orders at the drive through in the mornings during the week is very rude and obnoxious I would definitely advise anyone to stay away from this Tim Hortons. I can't comment on the food as I gave my order went to the window, dealt with the rude kid and drove off.

Worst Tim horton dealing. I ask them for Garlic bread they say we are not selling garlic bread. I visit here many times every time they say same thing we are not selling garlic bread. Also when i try to talk to them they didn’t listen. When i ask for sauce they ask me to pay for it and itself free everywhere. I am very disappointed. Very bad service.

Whenever we came specially in the night nobody is there. Mostly I knock the door 3-4 times and they came after 10 minutes for take an order.
