"Great experience at Tim Hortons! The staff is friendly and welcoming, the service is quick, and the coffee is always fresh. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. I especially enjoy the variety of drinks and food options. A reliable place for a coffee break or a quick meal.

On 30th of May I got very best experience in this tim after soo long . Their evening staffs are nice and always fast Despite always their morning people failing and being slow And every time hearing their owner shouting at them That day I literally felt this tim is coming back to life maybe

I liked their evening staffs Kind and helpful. Usually I come morning but they never do my order correctly but the evening staffs always do correct They should hire more people like them .

I would like to report an incident that occurred at the Tim Hortons on Saint-Jacques. This is the second time my friends and I have experienced rude and disrespectful behavior from the same employee. On this occasion, at approximately 11:20 PM, we were asked to leave the restaurant even though the posted closing time was midnight. We had already purchased drinks and were simply sitting inside. After we left, we noticed that the employee continued serving other customers and that some customers were still allowed to remain inside. We returned to politely ask why we had been asked to leave while others were allowed to stay. The employee responded that she was cleaning and that her shift had ended. During the conversation, she became confrontational, raised her voice, and called me a liar. I was shocked by the way we were treated. I understand that staff may need to clean before closing, but customers should be treated respectfully and consistently. Being singled out, yelled at, and called a liar was unacceptable. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and if appropriate action could be taken to ensure customers are treated professionally and respectfully. I took order from drive-through. There was two girls. They gave me two medium. French, vanilla and coffee was like water. I came back and I complaint, she was supposed to make my coffee. Again, but instead of making my coffee, they are arguing and pretending like it’s not our fault.Really Tim Horton this is your Service. Even though their behaviour wasn’t good, they were so rude and so unprofessional and don’t even want to cups desert. We will give you something to fix your coffee and do it by yourself. It’s not a job and all that they was pretending like they are done with the job. They was dropping coffee in front of me, on the drive-through, even though not in the trash or garbage on the drive-through so disrespectful. Worst experience ever

They don't serve at 4 am. Even if it's andicated that they are open, its totally a waste of time in the morning

The young tall guy at the front cash today at 1:30pm was very nice and gave perfect service. Tim’s is finally getting better with the staffing

Coffee machine broken for at least a week. Surely being able to make a cappuccino or latte is a fairly minimum requirement for a Tim Hortons

Been coming here for the past few years since it’s so close to my house and noticed some changes has been made for the better. Service is better, staff has been great and the space has been cleaner. Love me a good cinnamon bagel so please bring it backk

This location had some problems in the past but they seem to have sorted it all out. This morning I came in and had a perfect cup of coffee with a breakfast sandwich. The staff is friendly and courteous. The restaurant looks spotless and the food was delicious. I'm really happy about this because it's the closest location to my home. We used to fear coming here now we can enjoy it. Great job fixing it up

The manager and the workers are really nice and polite. They make you confortable and they give you your food fast. I recommend this place so much , and I wish everyone can come here eat the delicious food !!!

I came here at 7:30 PM , There were two ladies working hard and were running here and there but still the service was excellent. The atmosphere was good and very clean .

No maintenance, at all. Tables are shaky (your drink may spill), many chairs have torn upholstery

The dining area is supposed to he open 24h. I was told to leave past midnight. Either stick a schedule in the front door or don't advertise 24h dining area being open.

The Server with glasses is very rude . She made mistake she return us the money with out issuing bill . She was screaming infront of many people the administration should hire people with respect thank you
