I ordered an spinach eggbite this morning snd there was hair in both pieces that I ordered, it was so disgusting and unsanitary. How can you operate a place like this where your employees are not clean themselves. You can see in the pictures that hair was literally coming out of the eggbite, the first one I had to pull the hair out of my mouth.

No gloves on hand preparing stuff. No smile on faces Took my receipt from machine and throw it rather than asking me if I need the receipt. Not the same Tim Horton we used to frequent in the past

The layout of this Tim Hortons drive-thru makes absolutely no sense from a traffic flow perspective. It’s honestly shocking that this design ever got approved — how did no one notice the issues? What’s even more surprising is that none of the other reviews are bringing this glaring issue up. To make matters worse, the below-average quality of food and service from this branch doesn’t help its case. It’s obviously deserving of a 0 out of 5 but since that’s not an option let’s go with 1.

I really liked the vibe when I entered the colors just matched perfectely with the november vibe. It was cold outside, but inside was very warm. I ordered a coffee and a chocolate donut and I got it witten a minute. The coffee was very cheap and very good and so was the chocolate donut. The employee who served me, Alexi was also super helpful and fast.
