why is this the best tim’s on earth … wrap was crispy, coffee was perfect, potatoes wedges warm i could cry and they were super nice. literally never been to a tim’s so perfect

The guy is very helpful and funny I had a great experience 👍🏿 the only problem my coffe was too sweet but the service is a 10/10 I think hes name was Anoire

I had a very bad experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff were unprofessional and rude. Customer service was disappointing, and I did not feel treated respectfully. I hope management improves the service in the future.

Horrible customer service, they don’t listen to your orders their only concern is to kill the line fast leaving clients with wrong order 0/10.

The Tim Hortons drive thru still does what it’s supposed to do when you’re on the road. The coffee is not as good as it was years ago, let’s be honest, but it’s still solid and dependable. It’s hot, quick, and consistent, which matters when you’re half awake and just trying to get moving.
