The service inside the restaurant is incredible before 10:00 am. I’ve noticed service after 10-11 am is the worst! I’ve been going there for years, it never seems to be any better after those hours. I don’t know what it is? But service inside the restaurant is really good and fast, the workers on the cash are so humble and sweet, they know what I want to order before I even say anything! Amazing employees inside the store, love having my breakfast before 11:00 am! Anytime I go through the drive thru, well that’s a whole story, services at the drive thru is disgustingly awful ! Always messing up my coffee, trying to return it after paying and then driving back thru to tell her my coffee is not right, she argues with me ?* rushing me thru even before I put my coffee in the cup holder, she proceeds to say “ ok bye, go hurry up, we’re working on the timer” ! Those women in the early morning on the window are so miserable, especially the two that I always get! Finally found out the name of one of them ( Anita ) That one needs a serious warning, she’s so awful to deal with, especially first thing in the morning!!! She’s just not a nice person!!! ! I hate the drive thru 🤮

I go there almost everyday, sometimes on my way to work, as well as coming in and having breakfast. I start work at 7am. Getting an order through drive through is always a challenge. The days that I pass by the window The woman on the window is always very rude and has no patience, she has an awful attitude when you ask for extra coffee sleeve. There is no way to describe her, but rude and just not a nice person to deal with first thing in the morning! Then having a dine in breakfast experience every other day is sooooo awful, there is 1 woman , i wish i knew her name......shes always on the board making sandwiches, she screams at her employees or co workers, I dont know if shes the boss or not ? But she power trips on her employees/ co workers! and heaven forbid someone brings her something she made by "error" she flips out and screams, very very disrespectful! She got mad at me for returning my bagel with cream cheese, I requested no butter.... she gave me such a hard time, with massive attitude. I don’t normally write reviews, im so pissed off and angry! But im at a point where I just dont go there in the anymore 😕 and I hope that the owner or head office sees this post along with the other 1 star reviews that were written!!! Its not worth my stress and my hard earned money! I often bought dozens of donuts and tim bits as well as bagels for the team at my job site!

Standard tim hortons. Some of the staff are nice (the guys who work cash inside especially), some are ok. At the drive thru, one of the girls tells you bye bye 5 times before you can even put coffee in place and your debit card or cash away.

The disappointment when you come home and instead of getting the latte you ordered it’s a milk espresso instead 😆 I don’t know if I’m getting old but the Gen Z stare is real. The kid at the drive thru didn’t notice the scanner was flashing in my eyes and I asked him kindly to move it away and so he pointed it down and didn’t say anything and just stared at me. When I was his age working with the public it was bare minimum to acknowledge a client and be polite.

I really loved the taste of the two bagels I bought yesterday! Blt and cream cheese are my favourite combos! I would come again to try new recipes with my favourite daughter! People pliz try the new latte biscoff it’s my favourite too!

I mostly go to this tim hortons on weekends. And the atmosphere is always welcoming . All employees treat to guest in a great way . Food and coffes are also excellent. I will like to give more than 5 stars to this tim hortons.👍👍👍👍👍👍
