I had a very unpleasant experience. Other people were probably drinking their coffee at that table without realizing what had happened. It really bothers me to see someone act so inconsiderately in a public place. I feel that someone should speak up to people like that at Tim Hortons at least once.

Don't eat here. The girl who served me was rude and very short with me. The BBQ chicken wrap I was served was room temperature, the chocolate croissant was dry, and the iced latte I got wasn't frothy as it usually is at other Tim's I go to. My free birthday coffee also wasn't applied to my order too, so that was paid. I also think the girl didn't apply the meal deal properly as it cost $5 more than the meal deal usually costs. Won't be coming here again - they need better staff.

I ordered egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches 4 of them and they are all burned and dry. Very bad customer service and food was tasteless. Not happy at all.

I wish 0 was an option. Worse place ever. Every-time they make my order wrong. Today I threw up looking at my food. I am not a kind of person who complains but today I have had enough. The managers need to train the staff and they should get training as well. The most disgusting way of making food . The bagel is not cut, the egg and cheese is cold. My coffee order is wrong each time. They forget to charge something each time. One time they did my sandwich wrong 4times. At the end I gave up on them. I personally worked in tim hortons. I know the pressure but making these little mistakes over and over again is very disappointing. Today I ordered a bagel. I asked for butter and cream cheese. There was no butter and the bagel was not cut. Not going there again.

I am so sorry but this Tim Hortons has no respectful employees… there is no ethicality. The girl taking the orders was very disrespectful this morning. I had ordered a coffee and timbits for the kids today and i asked no sugars, as I am diabetic and for the timbits just glacé au miel, I precised it saying they don’t eat nothing else.. but nothing was respected as usual. Before it was so strict, timely and effective. Now they don’t even respect the clients. It’s a pure jungle in there. Pierre is still the owner? Cause if yes, something ain’t working. I think the boss should be more present and repair these employees "acting crazy" situations. Nearly 10 years we are clients. Never like these last 1 year or so. But now this year is just insane. Very sorry for this message.

Every time I come to this specific Tim Hortons they get my order wrong without fail. I usually just let it slide because I don’t want to argue and just drink whatever coffee they decide to give me that day. That being said, the last time I went, the worker was giving me attitude because he wasn’t understanding what « du sirop sans-sucre à la vanille » was. He kept saying, so do you want sugar in it or not? When I tried to explain it to him he kept on insisting, rudely, that the syrup was already in my drink, but I could taste that there was zero sweetness, even after mixing my it. Finally, my friend took a sip of her drink (which was supposed to be a black iced coffee) and the syrup was in her drink… Not to mention my coffee was supposed to be a protein iced latte but he handed me a regular iced coffee. I was willing to just let it slide, but he messed up both our drinks and wasn’t at all apologetic, he was rolling his eyes and giving me attitude. I ended up just going inside to ask them nicely to remake both drinks. The person who assisted me inside was very nice and apologetic.

Despicable service. No service at all, and when i approach a dirty look and snarky attitude. I apologize for whoever is going through something. But if you are incapable of offering a simple smile or you know, service. Something needs to change. If it wasn't for a delivery I needed to pick up or deliveries I must pick up going forward. I would and will never return to this branch again. Go down the road 2 minutes and go to that Tim's.
