Avoid, avoid!!! I ordered 12 donuts, and the website took my money. When I got to the store, they barely have any donuts, and told me they couldn't find my order number and refuses to cancel my order.LOL. After some back and forth, I left the store with 7 donuts. Way to go Tim hortons, see you never. Order number: 9481
I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Tim Hortons location.I placed an order through the mobile app for pickup in store. When I arrived, the employee told me they didn’t have all the items and offered substitutes I didn’t want. I asked for a refund, and he told me I had to request it through the app. Customer service later told me the store itself had to process the refund.I went back the next day, and the manager, with a very poor attitude, told me the same incorrect information. I showed him the email confirming that the store was responsible, and only then—clearly annoyed—he finally processed the refund.They clearly don’t know their own procedures and show very little care for customers.I will not be coming back to this location. I would rather drive farther to another Tim Hortons than deal with this branch again.
I just wanted to place an order, but the employees didn’t take my order and instead kept laughing and joking without doing anything. This will be my last time visiting this branch.
I ordered an iced latte no sugar and oat milk. I ordered by drive thru. I asked them before paying if there’s no sugar inside because I’m allergic and they said yes. I paid and I left. Few seconds later when I tried the coffee it had a bunch of sugar inside and normal milk with. I went back but I entered the restaurant and I told them that they made me the wrong coffee. I asked to make me a new one. They made me a new one but even that one had a lot of sugars. They are discriminating the white people. I never go back anymore. Also, for the 3rd time I received finally my good order. I spent 30 minutes for waiting for my coffee ( the store was half empty, no customers behind me). It’s a disrespectful place

The guy with the self-serving helmet is very naughty., I ordered coffee with extra sugar and he offered me sugar-free coffee and when I opened the coffee lid he had a woman's hair inside, I do not recommend this Tim Hortons.
