I usually go to Tim Hortons in general, it’s kind of my go-to spot, but this location on Boulevard Saint-Joseph really stood out to me. I liked the way the building looks, it just feels a bit nicer than most. The drive-thru experience was smooth and the staff greeted me really well, which made the whole thing feel good. Overall just a really solid experience.

Stopped in this morning around 4:45am. Pulled up to the drive thru speaker and sat there for about 3 mins with no one answering the speaker after saying hello a few times, I pulled up to the window and knocked where I was met by this ignorant gentleman that refused to take my order unless I went back to the speaker that he was refusing to answer which now also had a huge lineup. This is unacceptable, Pretty sure his job is to answer the speaker and take orders, not ignore us and turn business away. I will also be filing a formal complaint to management and head office.

Order from my car, I only order 10 timbits (I only receive 9) and a french vanilla, I asked for a variety of Timbits and they only gave me the black ones.

No zero star so had put 1 . Not sure who is posting 5 star for this place more than likely friends , employees or owners trying to look good . My own experience I have been going there for over two yrs no only because it's open when I work . The worst customer service . Just went and for the 14th consecutive time my order is wrong . Employees get angry when they are told it's incorrect. Example coffee ordered does have correct amounts . When told to employees they argue then think just by changing the lid of adding way more to the coffee and given the coffee back with attitude and still not made right . Employees argue with customers that you ordered something different. I get the same coffee no change and not difficult Double double. Employees show minimal care and minimal knowledge of app functions and dismiss you when you ask a question about . This is your training to know this, it's your job . On a positive note which I guess I will give the one star to one employee who is newer and fixed our order while his co workers decide to not do anything and argue . Extremely disappointed. Employees on phones playing music load no hair nets or what ever they decide they will wear if anything. Line ups take for ever then get your coffee pushed into the your face while trying to put away cards . Have some pride where you work.

I ordered a cold drink on 2/21/26 around 6pm order number 9160. Waiting time was very long and also the server dropped the drink on the ground and picked up the same old cup and made me another drink. I told him I want a new drink and I was in front of the scene all time when it happens. He refused and said it’s a new cup. O well, what can I do.

Order a bltm egg. This lettuce on the sandwich is bad . You see the back on the 2 little leaf. Before we could post photo of the garbage food they serve now they dont want public to know the garbage they are send out. Now I know why i stop eating out. Food quality is terrible.

Placed an order for three items. The worker came back to me about 15 minutes after I placed my order. He told me they didn’t have one of the items. Then came back two more separate times saying they didn’t have the other two items. Absolutely ridiculous. Took a long time to get the refund as well.
