I went to the sushi level of the restaurant. Very unique and delicious sushi options! Such beautiful decore and atmosphere and very friendly staff. Their teapots are adorable!! My only suggestion would be to install some hooks in the bathroom stalls 🙃

Taiyo Sushi is a gem! Every bite bursts with freshness, and the flavors are spot-on. The atmosphere is vibrant and inviting, making every visit feel special. On top of that, the staff are incredibly polite and professional, adding the perfect touch to an outstanding dining/lunching experience.

We ate on the second floor, sushi was amazing along with the other cooked dishes such as the beef & shrimp skewers. Really unique interior with great staff, very friendly.

Our party of 4 was quite impressed with this all you can eat sushi restaurant. By using the ipad on your table you can order food at your own rate. The food (especially the quality of the sashimi) is great AND the kitchen is really good at keeping up with the orders (GREAT JOB CHEF!). We've received only really good service from the staff, our server was particularly great. The restaurant has great decorations (really cool projectors) and comfortable seating. Definitely worth checking out.

We had dinner at taiyo it was incredible the service was good the food was tasty even tough they just opened and they’re still adjusting everything was perfect the manager was really understanding and sweet and the hostess shanya was so sweet to i definitely recommend

Really liked the vibe here. The food was fresh and tasted great. Cathy offered us amazing service and she was super nice and attentive. Mia’s signature drinks were very delicious and beautiful. Would definitely come back! I’d definitely recommend this place!👍👍👍

The atmosphere, decor, and service are great! However the food was mediocre, the selection of sashimi is limited to only two types of fish and all the other dishes were warm upon serving instead of hot (likely premade and sitting in the back). Also the food lacked seasoning and sauces were just mayo and teriyaki. For lunch it was $40 tip not included, so for the quality of food, that was not worth it especially if there’s manga bistro a block down with more variety for $27/pp.

Really nice atmosphere, clean since it’s new! Food was good but. Would love more diversity, but rly good for the desserts. The service was amazing tho, def one that makes u go back. The made the birthday is really worth it, loved the lady’s costumer service.

This experience was one of the few In which my friends and I felt truly welcomed and comfortable. Shout out to the waiter; Sam, he was a sweetheart and truly made us feel like we were at home. The food was good, and very filling, if you are looking for a place to celebrate a birthday or simply to hangout and eat, this is the place.

Amazing & beautiful place, the best sashimi and sushis I've tasted in Montreal! Even the service matches the level of quality. Especially, Hanlin was amazing and funny, and his service as a waiter was warm and professional which truly elevated the entire dining experience.
