The restaurant is beautiful and the graphics are really nice. Juwon was also extremely kind, provided great service and was attentive. However, due to the restaurant being so busy, the food took a while to come.

Good food, the staff was exceptional, especially Jiayin, his service was impeccable and he made sure everyone at our table had an amazing experience. Will definitely come back in the future!

too expensive for what they offer, longest ordering time because each person have to order separately on a tablet and they just have one per table, no beer offered, and at the end they take a lot of time to bring what you ordered after having ordered the first time, not recommended

First thing I must say is that I highly recommend going there. You get such an immersive experience while eating. Such a unique restaurant, haven't seen anything else like it. There's a train that brings you stuffs, there's like a conveyor belt that brings you stuff, as well, and rhe robot is a plus. I went to the opening and had an amazing time, left there full. If you are a big fan of animes, you'll love it as well

Really cool place. We did the sushi upstairs where the design is very neat. You can't help but look around. Service was excellent, far surpassed expectations. And the food was top notch, both in flavour and presentation (including dessert). For $45 per person, this was an excellent experience. 10/10.

Me and my friends came here for all you can eat sushi and we love love looved the food, they had a great selection! As for the service, Rachelle was very sweet and friendly, it made the whole experience even better 💕🦄 and also the atmosphere was sooo cool like i totally recommend !! 💝 will defs come back 🔜 thank u Rachelle !!!

I really liked the conveyer belt concept, the server Leo was also very welcoming and attentive. Although, the sushi took over 30minutes, I have still enjoyed.

Very good sushi and great service. Fresh and excellent sushi. The only thing is that the service is really slow. It could be very long before you receive your order. But it is definitivly worth it, when you go there expect it would take the full time. The decors is also very nice and fun and employees are respectful and offer great service.

We arrived at 9:30, the host told us we had till 10 to order then 10:30 to eat. As we sit down server says we had till 9:45 to order and 10 to eat. They all seemed so confused and shows a true lack of communication within the team. We asked for a booth (many were empty) but we were told no. There was no soy sauce on our table and we had to ask two different servers to get any added to our table. We felt pressured the whole time even though the server confirmed we could eat till 10:30. Some of the food we ordered arrived doubled, and some never arrived. To top it all off, one out of our group of three was sick with food poisoning within 10 minutes of leaving the restaurant. Plus they don’t take Amex and their black paper napkins stained our clothes. Don’t plan on ever going back Edit: oh and forgot about the hair in our sushi rolls, which they took the tray off our table, then came back again with it and we had to ask again to get them to remove those pieces

We’ve had great experiences at Tayio Brossard, but this location was disappointing. The staff were very nice and welcoming, but unfortunately the kitchen quality was not comparable. BBQ meats were good, but the sushi was not. Orders arrived late and incomplete, and some fish did not seem fresh (smelled as old fish). Staff kindly apologized and mentioned management issues, but overall the experience did not meet expectations as it is a branch of an already known restaurant.

We went for the Korean BBQ buffet during the weekend. I was really disappointed with my experience. The seating space is extremely cramped with barely any legroom, which made it very uncomfortable to sit for any extended period. The table was also far too small to properly accommodate the dishes. On top of that, the meat didn’t look fresh and seemed off which was quite concerning. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations at all.
