Disgusting! Used to come here when it was fisshu, don’t know what happened but the quality of the fish is just bad. The salmon tasted sour and just bad, rice was hard. Stop coming here. Pretty sure im in for a rough night of stomach aches. I am lucky if I don’t get food poisoning.

Pretty good overall, sushi had too much rice though. Service was pretty quick, though multiple things that I ordered during the buffet from the tablet never showed up. Would've been nice to know that ordering stops thirty minutes before lunch ends, as I arrived towards the end of lunch service. Still would give SushiUma a second chance.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. PLEASE DONT EAT HERE. i did all you can eat sushi. theres a 15% tip added automatically for what? the robot? the shrimp sashimi smelled and tasted like rotten fish and would not go down i almost threw up immediately and now everything is sitting in my stomach like a rock. food is not even mediocre it’s just awful.

if we could respond with facts instead of exaggerations, we would. Your statements about “rotten fish” are extremely serious and completely unsupported. We handle and serve fresh products daily under strict controls. If anything remotely close to what you described had happened, it would have been immediately evident and addressed on the spot. No such complaint was made during your visit. Making accusations like this after leaving the restaurant, without giving us any opportunity to verify, raises serious concerns about the credibility of this review. Regarding the 15% service charge — it is clearly stated and applied according to policy. It is not hidden, and certainly not “for a robot.” Misrepresenting this is misleading. We also note that, despite claiming such a negative experience, there was no real-time complaint, no request for assistance, and no attempt to resolve anything in person. We will not tolerate defamatory or misleading statements about food safety. If there had been a legitimate issue, we would have addressed it immediately — as we always do. At this point, we consider this matter closed.

I’ve been here a few times, and the sushi is always good! I would definitely come back. The customer service was great, the staff were friendly and professional. At the end, we did have to wait about 30 minutes for our last order, but overall it was still a good experience. 🍱🍣

Had a reservation and waited over 50 minutes. People who came after were seated before us and they had no reservation. Absolute lack of organization from the manager. No apologies, or nothing.

I had a horrible experience here. I had reservations for 3 at 1pm. WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 50 MINS. We were first in line and they kept seating people behind us. We complained to one of the waiters, he said he was going to see the manager. The manager didn’t do anything about it, he didn’t even come to apologize. We are people that don’t get irritated easily, so for us to be this annoyed. There has to be a problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Rip off ordered Uber eats paid 80 $ for 30 sashimi salmon . Pieces were cut in half and small . Not worth price .

No respect for their customer’s time. They often overbook the place. If you have a reservation there, there’s a chance you’re not even going to get seated.

One of the BEST all-you-can-eat sushi spots! 🍣✨ The sushi is genuinely delicious and super fresh, and the staff are so friendly. I love that they have this cute little robot delivering your sides, it’s such a fun touch! The interior decor is gorgeous and really makes you feel transported to another world while you eat. Will definitely be back! As a level 5 Google Maps guide with 2M views, I can confidently say this place is a must-try(((:

One of the best sushi I ever had and my girlfriend stopped eating sushi after her favourite restaurant closed down and she tried it here after 8 months and she is coming back here to eat.

I just found an amazing all you can eat sushi place. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Food was delicious! I love that you choose your items on a tablet. There is a choice for everyone one. I loved the robot that comes to your table with your food. You pay a fix price (in the case 42.99$ for Sunday), and you have still some sushi in your plates, well they charge a dollar a piece. So be wise in choosing the amount of food.

Way too expensive for what you get. They immediately apply an 18% tip on the receipt and they’ll charge an additional 15% for groups >4 people which is insane… The waiter didn’t give a 10% discount for paying cash either. Cost without any drinks was $54.

Really impressed with the quality at Sushiuma. The tempura was crispy and light, and the sashimi tasted very fresh. The restaurant atmosphere is modern and comfortable.

I came here for the lunch buffet, which is a decent value - all you can eat lunch including tax and tip is under $40 CAD. I tried about a dozen dishes, as the portions are small and delivered quickly. However, I honestly did not like a single thing on the menu aside from the seaweed salad and miso soup, which are hard to mess up. Everything else was just bland. You get what you pay for.

Sushiuma is one of the better all-you-can-eat sushi spots I’ve tried. The rolls were flavorful and not overloaded with rice. Fast service and friendly staff.
