We were last Saturday. The hotel facilities are clean and generally good, although the building's layout is awkward and the rooms are quite far away. The staff is unfriendly, from the person at reception, through lunch, to the one in the restaurant, and even the bus driver who takes you to the airport. They don't answer your questions or give you directions. I'm very disappointed in that regard.

Awesome hotel! Extremely close to airport, so good for logistics… not amazing for jet blast.. otherwise the restaurant is amazing and the staff is very above par. The best of the best. ARMEN.. the supervisor handles his shift well, people management and customer engagement I have never seen this before. I could not ask for a better experience because of this man. I want to thank all the staff here for my extended stay, and anytime I need to stay overnight.. I will absolutely be staying at the Sheraton!

While the location is convenient you’re at the airport . It’s so noisy the airplanes departing rock the windows in my room . So choose a room facing away from the airport and TRY to get some sleep which is otherwise difficult in this location .

They put as twice to rooms that the heater wouldn’t work. In Montreal it was -18, it was freezing! We had a small child with it and it seemed like the stuff didn’t really care. When we were changing out room at 2 am, the stuff on duty didn’t even offer help. Disappointed in quality. For that price I will not recommended
