The service is always warm friendly and the lady at the cash is always kind. But I was so disappointed with my sandwich. 21$ for the famous crispy sandwich and a small side of potatoes. I asked for lettuce tomatoes onions a tiny bit of pickles lots of garlic sauce and a bit of spicy sauce. When I finally dig into the sandwich, the taste of lemon was overwhelming, the only veggie inside was pickles and a few fries… I’m not sure if they gave me someone else’s sandwich but I was so sad. I couldn’t even get through a few bites, it just tasted so off, I ended up emptying the sandwich and only eating the crispy bread. Potatoes were good! I didn’t mind waiting 30 minutes for the order, I’m happy Moods is getting this hype. But I remember eating here back in 2022 before they closed for renovations and thinking it was the best sandwich and this time it was genuinely the worst sandwich I ever had.

A really good place that unfortunately got ruined by Tiktok hype. Used to get generous portions with little wait time - now I wait an hour for a shawarma that’s barely full. I’m happy they’re getting publicity but I am hoping the hype dies down soon.

I have to be honest in my review . So here goes . I went in to order two wraps . One chicken , one beef . I had to repeat my order three times cause she kept repeating it back to me wrong . Secondly , the ventilation there is horrible . I was in there for thirty minutes and my clothes smelt like I’ve been through a fire. Lastly . The place is not worth the hype . Was it a BAD shawarma , absolutely not. But it wasn’t the best I’ve had , and certainly not worth waiting in line for .

100% honest review: Drove by yesterday and decided to wait in the long lineup to try their “famous” crispy shawarma sandwich. Waited over an hour after ordering, and honestly… absolutely disappointed. The sandwich was extremely dry - it needs at least triple the sauce and something fresh to balance the flavour. Right now it’s basically just pita and chicken with three fries tossed in. Nothing special, nothing memorable. Completely mediocre. You can get the same thing at any corner Amir without the wait. Also ordered potatoes, very odd seasoning unfortunately. Rating: 4/10. Don’t waste your time.

The wait is way too long for a shawarma that is the same as everywhere but just “crispier”. It was oily and heavy to eat. DJ is way too loud and there is no clear system for the staff and customers to track orders. No place to sit because the line is so big and theres no tables, just chairs where others are also sitting waiting for their order. I feel they can be faster in service but they choose to be slow to create more ‘hype’ and keep the lines long.
